Detail:
Old roofing was completely torn off and replaced with new flat lock and standing seam copper, and EPDM roofs. Our metal work included new 16-oz copper coping, gutters, downspouts, flashing, edge metal, balustrades, along with new metal ridge flashing at the bell tower. Repairs to the metal balusters, frieze, and window cornices were also done as part of the renovations.
