Building Note:
The addition of a new bathroom to the residence required a TPO single ply membrane to match the existing low slope roof on the rest of the home. The structure is designed with a large fascia overhang to shade the windows during the summer and allow light into the home in the winter.
Detail:
New drip edge, gravel guard, and associate flashings for the addition matched the existing portion of the roof.
