Building Note:
The new shingle roof on this residential home was installed in two phases. The first phase consisted of the main house. The second phase replaced the existing shingles on the addition. The entire structure received new copper gutters and downspouts.
Detail:
The scope of the project included shop-fabricated copper flashings, along with purchased and installed attic vents. New 16-oz copper 6" ogee gutters and 3” x 4” rectangular downspouts were also installed.
