Building Note:
The owners needed a complete replacement of the existing roof on their residence. The new roof consists of architectural shingles on the steep sloped portion and insulation and mechanically attached EPDM on the low sloped roof areas.
Detail:
The scope of the project also included one 16-oz copper chimney cap, flashings, and edge metal. Our workers replaced two rectangular skylights and installed three new tunnel skylights.
