Building Note:
At the request of the homeowner, RD Herbert & Sons crafted a Ludowici tile roof with special attention to the two rounded turrets at the back of the home. In the interest of reducing cost, our workers shaped standard field tiles into the necessary contour for the turrets. Small sections of the roof are covered with 16-oz copper standing seam or flat lock roofs.

the accompanying flashings are 16-oz copper, including the chimney and wall flashings. 1000 linear foot of copper 6" half-round gutter and 1000 linear feet of 4" round copper downspouts divert the rain water away from the house.
