Building Note:
MTSU was founded in 1911 as one of three state schools for teacher training. The new structure completion date coincides with the university’s 100th anniversary. The building centralizes the education facilities, faculty and staff together under one roof and includes 1,000 new classroom seats, 87 facility offices, gathering areas, labs, conference offices and a 100-seat auditorium. |

Detail:
Our company installed Berridge Cee-Lock metal panels at five different sections, including a semi-circular area on the rear of the building. The main portion of the building required a low-slope Carlisle EPDM roof with tapered insulation. At the front entry, plaza pavers cover the EPDM membrane. The scope of work also includes gutter, downspouts, and overflow scuppers. |
