Multiple levels of roofing and 1077 linear feet of shop-fabricated coping create levels of interest for this building. The roof is constructed from a 2-ply torched-down Mod-Bit roof. The scope of work additionally included metal counter flashings, a decorative ledge, gutters, and downspouts. |
