Building Note:
Icon construction finished in the summer of 2008, transforming the Gulch from an industrial hub into a residential community. The 22-story mixed-use development contains 417 condominium units and 26,000 square feet of commercial lease space, including restaurants, boutiques and cafes at street level. MarketStreet Enterprises and Bristol Development Group joined forces for this venture. |

Details:
This multi-story project included a 2-Ply torched-down Mod-Bit roof system, plaza and pool waterproofing systems. The entrance and the amenities canopies are pre-formed Berridge Tee-Panels. Substantial aluminum metal work included copings, counter flashings, and scuppers. |
