Viridian, the 31-story luxury tower in the heart of downtown Nashville, was named Project of the Year 2007 by the Urban Land Institute. Viridian’s developers, Novare Group and Giarratana Development, built the 305 unit building on a half-acre site, the first high-rise residential development in Nashville’s urban core. |

Detail:
Our company installed the roof system consisting of a substantial tapered insulation package, two layers of torched membrane and associated roof flashings. The extensive metal work for this project included shop-fabricated aluminum copings, wall flashings, gutters, and downspouts. |
