RD Herbert Receives Carlisle ESP Award!
The ESP award, one of the most prestigious and recognizable awards in the single-ply industry, goes to Carlisle Authorized Applicators, who exceed Carlisle standards for customer service, timely deliveries and quality applications. This program is in its 14th year and reconizes fewer than 10% of Carlisle's US and Canadian Applicators.
Our company has installed 14,832,759 square feet of Carlisle Single-Ply roofing since 1980. Since that time we have obtained 899 "Perfect 10" roofing installations. Carlisle Syntec's "Perfect 10 Hall of Fame" program is designed to recognize companies who consistently meet the manufacturer's quality standards for installation. To receive a "Perfect 10," each roof undergoes a comprehensive field inspection by a Carlisle Syntec representative to confirm the system meets the set quality guidelines.

Project Recognition
Westview Condos was featured as the Green Project of the week on Sky Gardens, the blog site of Greenroofs.com. Additional photos of the green roof, highlighting the four seating areas, are displayed also. As noted on the blog, this rooftop garden is available for occasional viewing by appointment only.

100 Oaks Medical Center, Nashville
100 Oaks has had several cycles of decline and rebirth. The retail space on the bottom level remains while more than half of 100 Oaks Mall is transformed by Vanderbilt Medical Center into 20 medical clinics, doctors' offices and business offices.

Ten sections of the mall needed new roofs or repairs. Seven roofs, a total of 207,000 square feet, required a partial tear-off and roof over with the Carlisle Sure-Weld TPO system.
