RD Herbert & Sons Company installs new and retrofit, commercial, industrial, and residential roofing systems. Special interest projects involve historical restoration and large, complex jobs that not every contractor can handle. RD Herbert & Sons Company specializes in roofing systems which include Single Ply, Mod-Bit, Built-Up Roofs, Shingle, Slate, Tile, and Shake. Other services provided include coating an existing roof using a three step system to cover blemishes, fading, poor performance or for increased reflectivity.

 The historic renovation of East Branch Carnegie Library in 2000 involved RD Herbert & Sons Company removing the existing tile roof, labeling, storing and reinstalling the tile on the roof after repairs were completed. This building is a Metro Historic Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings. |
